Delete your MacroRun account

MacroRun is made by TableFour LLC.

In the app (fastest): open MacroRun, go to You > Settings > Delete account, and confirm.

Without the app: email hello@tablefourapps.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your MacroRun account. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, send it from the address that forwards to it, or tell us which sign-in you used. We may ask you to confirm the request. We'll delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete: your account (email, name, profile picture link, sign-in service and user ID), all sign-in sessions, and your cloud backup (profile, weigh-ins, meal log, workouts, saved foods, goals, streaks, settings, badges). We also revoke MacroRun's Sign in with Apple access and ask Google to revoke access where possible.

What we keep: deleted data may stay in our database provider's backup history for a limited time before it's overwritten. Scan and typed-meal counters aren't linked to your account and are deleted within 90 days after your last request. Emails you sent us are kept as described in our Privacy Policy. Data on your phone stays until you delete the app.

To delete only your cloud backup, turn off "Back up my data to my account" in the app.
